1. Who can refer someone?

Anyone who knows a B2B business owner, marketing professional, or company that could benefit from high-quality copywriting or website marketing services can refer them. You don’t need to be a client—just someone who values great work.

2. How do I make a referral?

It’s simple! Just send me the name and contact information of your referral via email at referral@copyadscontent.com.

You can also introduce us directly by CC’ing both of us in the same email or by sending me a DM on LinkedIn.

3. When will I get paid for my referral?

Payouts are made quarterly, based on the first $10,000 billed to your referral. I’ll keep you updated along the way, so you’ll always know when to expect your commission.

4. Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No! You’ll earn 10% on the first $10,000 billed for every client you refer, which means $1,000 CAD per referral. The more people you refer, the more you can earn—there’s no cap.

5. What if my referral doesn’t sign up right away?

If your referral doesn’t become a client immediately, I’ll keep their information on file indefinitely. Sometimes, the decision-making process takes months or even years. Rest assured, your referral will be marked in my CRM with a note that they came from you. Whenever they decide to work with me, you’ll qualify for the referral bonus.

6. What if a client sees this?

This referral program is specifically for new clients who are introduced to me by someone else. If you’re already working with me as a client, this program doesn’t apply to your own projects or invoices. However, you’re welcome to refer others and earn commissions for introducing new business.

7. How do you handle abuse of your program?

This program is based on trust. Referring yourself or attempting to use the program to negotiate discounts on your own projects is an act of bad faith and not how I operate as a self-employed business owner.

I review referrals to ensure they meet my program’s intent, and any misuse will be excluded from earning commissions.
